Presidents report:
Positives: Impressed with the vendors. Not as many people in
attendance as last year (a little over 20,000) making the event not
as crowded. Ample seating areas.
Negatives: Need to attract new/younger hams to the hobby.
Additional Group Discussion/Comments:
Jack, KC8CTO - reported a favorable experience. "I had a good
time and was impressed with the dealers, but the outside vendor
area is not what it used to be."
Bob, NR8U - reported a favorable experience. "It reminded me of Hamventions of the 1970's. Not as many people. Very pleasant."

a No Code Technician class for younger hams.
